Basic Training with E-Learning

The Panther Tactical Trainer provides an avenue for E-Learning that also includes a hands-on dimension. The practical experience obtained in the simulator seat is a tremendous value, but for true E-Learning to take place there must be a measurable evaluation of the performance. That is where the post scenario review process comes into play. The instructor receives data on key measurable components like the time to arrive on scene and time to fire extinguishment for just a couple of examples. This report, combined with the replay of the completed scenario in an overhead view, allows instructors to review a variety of performance aspects with each participant. Hard copies can be added to personnel training files for tracking E-Learning completion and as a reference for future training objectives.
