Rosenbauer hosted over ~350 attendees at the 2022 Dealer Meeting in Nashville, TN. Dealers and strategic vendor partners attended from US and Canada, and international dealers from Central and South America, and other regions of the world. The purpose of the 3-day conference is to benchmark, learn and prepare to win in 2022.
The two days were primarily focused on critical education areas including RTX electric fire truck, Aerial technologies, service & aftermarket advancements, new customer relationship management (CRM) tool, selling skills training, 2022 marketing tactics, Rosenbauer pumps, stock trucks and much more. The education classes were recorded and will be available for all Rosenbauer employees to view on the E-Learning platform. Sunday, March 13th started with the Nashville Drums and Pipes to officially open the dealer meeting. John Slawson, Rosenbauer America’s Chairman & CEO, welcomed dealers, Rosenbauer employees, Rosenbauer International guests, the Rosenbauer America supervisory board, and strategic vendor partners prior to the dinner reception. Monday started with a dealer business meeting with Rosenbauer employees and dealers to discuss grow initiatives and improvement plans at the three Rosenbauer America campuses. The remainder of the day was for education classes, and vendor partner presentations. A motivational speaker started Tuesday followed by additional educational classes. Tuesday evening finished with recognizing Rosenbauer’s highest performing dealers at the awards banquet.
An experienced Rosenbauer dealer said in the post event survey, “this was the best meeting I’ve been to since selling Rosenbauer, the energy, the people, the excitement was infectious.” A HUGE thank you to all the Rosenbauer presenters, class leads, and event organizers. Dealer excitement and momentum after the dealer meeting continues to increase.
